AvocadoCoin (AVDO) has migrated to a new smart contract on Solana. The new contract is built on the Token-2022 program, which allows us to adopt its security extensions — capabilities the original 2021 contract could not support.

This contract is no longer part of the project. On-chain it now appears as AvocadoCoin v1 (AVDOv1) so it cannot be confused with the official token.
How the migration works
1. If you hold AVDO in GreenGoldWallet
You do not need to do anything. We perform the swap for you: the equivalent amount in the new contract is credited to your wallet, and the old tokens are retired. This process is already underway.
2. If you bought AVDO on Dex-Trade
Dex-Trade has already completed the swap within its own platform. Your balance there already corresponds to the new contract.
3. If you hold AVDO in any other wallet
Write to info@avocadocoin.com from your usual contact address, including the wallet address that holds your AVDO. Our team will verify it on-chain and process your swap individually.
Alternatively, you can install GreenGoldWallet, create your wallet in the app and move your AVDO there. Once your tokens are in the app, the swap is handled automatically as described in point 1.
Please read — your security
- The only official contract address is the one shown above. Verify it on this page or on Solscan before any transaction.
- We will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key, and we will never ask you to send tokens to an address provided over chat or social media.
- Anyone offering to “process your swap” in exchange for a payment or for access to your wallet is not acting on behalf of this project.
Timeline
There is currently no deadline to complete the migration. If a closing date is ever set, it will be announced on this page and through our official channels with at least 60 days’ notice.
This page replaces the notice originally published on 24 June 2025, which described a 90-day migration window. That window was not enforced: no holder has lost their right to migrate, and the process described above remains open.
